1. Application & Confirmation
- Submission of the stall booking form constitutes an application to participate in the MS Lifestyle Expo.
- Stall booking will be confirmed only after review, approval, and payment confirmation by the organizer.
- The organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
2. Event Details
- Event Name: MS Lifestyle Festive & Wedding Expo
- Venue: Salem Convention Centre, Salem, Tamil Nadu
- The organizer reserves the right to change the venue, exhibition layout, schedule, or timings due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Stall Allocation
- Stall allocation will be made based on availability, business category, and organizer discretion.
- Requests for specific stall positions will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
- Premium, corner, or specially located stalls may attract additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
- Stall booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable payment.
- Failure to make payment within the specified period may result in cancellation of the booking request.
- All payments made are subject to the terms outlined by the organizer.
5. Exhibitor Responsibilities
The exhibitor agrees to:
- Display only approved products and services.
- Maintain professional conduct throughout the exhibition.
- Keep the allotted stall area clean and well-maintained.
- Follow all venue regulations, safety rules, and organizer instructions.
- Avoid any activities that may disturb visitors or other exhibitors.
6. Stall Setup & Dismantling
- Exhibitors must complete stall setup within the time allotted by the organizer.
- Early dismantling of stalls before the official closing time is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage caused to the venue property shall be borne by the exhibitor.
7. Electricity & Additional Facilities
- Basic electrical facilities, if included in the package, will be provided.
- Additional electrical points, furniture, fixtures, or other requirements may be subject to extra charges.
- All additional requirements should be communicated in advance.
8. Marketing & Promotion
- The exhibitor grants permission to MS Lifestyle Expo to use their company name, logo, photographs, and promotional materials for event publicity, advertising, and marketing purposes.
9. Liability
- The organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, accident, injury, or claims arising during the exhibition.
- Exhibitors are solely responsible for the safety and security of their products, equipment, and personal belongings.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds, if applicable, shall be determined according to the organizer’s cancellation policy.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the final confirmation deadline.
11. Force Majeure
- The organizer shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, interruption, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
12. Organizer’s Rights
- The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary.
- The decision of the MS Lifestyle Expo organizing committee shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the exhibition.
